osmmerge is a small utility to merge content of multiple OpenStreetMap files (.osm) into a single output file.
osmget
osmget is a small utility to download an area of the OpenStreetMap live database and save it as a single file.
If the area is too large to be downloaded in a single request the area is split according to the server cappabilities (and options).
